HNDL

HDNL (pronounced Handle) is our new on-ice program based around the new equipment we designed and built through CFA. Over the course of decades of hockey skill training, we have come up with the best equipment, techniques, and drills to challenge and teach modern hockey skills.

The focus during HNDL sessions is to increase puck touches and get players to possess pucks and see plays in small areas. Players having to maneuver pucks in small spaces while skating has proven to be extremely beneficial in the decision-making process and the accelerated development of skills. Plus it has the bonus of being both fun and self-challenging/motivating for all ages and skill levels.

While we do have set drills for each different on ice apparatus, we also have the ability to adapt each drill to fit each players age and skill level. Much like the rest of the CFA development model, HNDL is ever evolving with the development of skills and we add to the drill book daily.
